We would just like to say a massive thank you to our customers for being so loyal for the past 34 years, we realise that this is a very uncertain time for all and would like to reassure you that we are here for you!
Broadband and WiFi are key to keeping everyone connected, whether to work from home or stay in touch with family and friends and we want you to know that we remain on hand to help you – whether you need technical support, maintenance or something new to get you up and running.
Understandably, we have seen an increase in demand for WiFi and CCTV and would ask all of you to bear with us while we work through it all as fast as we can; we will get to you.
For the time being, we have also updated our procedures in line with government advice. To protect all our customers, we may also ask:
– Ask if anyone within the house has symptoms associated with Covid-19 or otherwise, sign-off declaration form.
– For certain information up front about the installation so that the communication on site is kept to a minimum; in some cases, this may mean passing the call over to an engineer
– Ask the customer to remove themselves from the workspace whilst the installation is complete
We appreciate this is a very tricky time for everyone and hope that all our customers are staying healthy and as positive as they can.
