A sensational smart home.

Clarke Infinity took responsibility for introducing a fully integrated and automated security and entertainment system at Castle Court. This staggering new build property featured four floors of accommodation at the highest specification. The Clarke Infinity team created a bespoke smart solutions design which operated across all four floors which could be controlled from anywhere in the house either by touch panel or phone app. The couple, who Clarke Infinity have worked with on previous projects, wanted the family home to be luxurious and the technology enhance and complement the way they live in the property.

THE CHALLENGE

Entertainment, lighting and security for a new build property

The scale and the variety of elements involved in this new build property created an interesting challenge for the Clarke Infinity team. The Client’s requirements featured stand out aspects such as an indoor swimming pool in the basement of the property with a creative and controllable lighting scheme and entertainment system, a unique cinema room and entertaining space including an in-wall TV and a bar area plus a discreet CCTV and security system.

As a premium example of contemporary living, Castle Court needed to deliver the highest standards of experience and the Clarke Infinity team created a smart solution that delivered excellent performance as well as intuitive useability.

Careful and considered planning was the essential element to the success of this project at Castle Court. From an outdoor kitchen space with high-specification lighting and music system through to an incredible entertainment area and swimming pool complex located in the basement of the property, Clarke Infinity integrated all aspects of a Smart Home system to make each area of the house fully interactive and controllable.

The cinema room at Castle Court is the centrepiece entertainment space of the house alongside the luxurious swimming pool and spa complex. The house was designed to be beautifully lit with fully interactive and controllable lighting and automated blinds and curtains.

A top of the range Lutron lighting control system offers a spectrum of feature lighting, colour schemes and tone of light, with all interactions operated by seeTouch keypads and motion sensors that trigger lighting events throughout the home and garden pre-programmed with client override.

Clarke Infinity’s installed a Hikvision CCTV security system covering both the inside and outside of the property feeding into a CCTV monitoring room delivering considered reliable security solutions. The security and other smart home solutions truly have the user at the heart with intuitive to use systems accessed by touch panels, phone or fingerprint readers.
