Clarke Infinity’s Carla Clarke and Sharon Field recently visited the Caribbean Blinds Dream Gardens Showsite for a taste of the luxurious possibilities offered by their range of entertainment pods and louvered pergolas – as well as an insightful tour of the factory alongside an invaluable chance to network with other industry professionals.
It was fantastic to explore the pods in the sunshine. We especially loved the Grillo pod featuring not only a stylish, functional pergola offering customisable shade and shelter from the elements but also integrating amazing Grillo’s outdoor kitchen and barbecue features. Available in multiple sizes and configurations, with optional extras such as sunscreens, LED lighting and heating… simply the epitome of luxurious outdoor living – not just for summer, but achievable all year round.
Next, a look behind the scenes – including the chance to observe their external blinds, awnings and pergolas being built, and to explore all the fabric ranges up close. Fascinating to enjoy such a thorough glimpse into the expertise and craftmanship for which the brand is so well known.
We also took the opportunity to get involved in a series of talks and workshops – and to hear from the experts themselves. Particularly interesting were the discussions about the science of shading, the importance of effective solar control with internal and external shading options, and how automated shading can improve comfort, wellbeing and health.
We left feeling utterly inspired; a brand we already love, Caribbean Blinds pods have already featured in more than one of our outdoor designs for our clients, offering new heights of possibility when it comes to alfresco entertainment.
